Chesney Properties provides a variety of apartments and homes throughout the University of Kentucky campus area.
I  have been very pleased with my experiences regarding Chesney
Properties and would recommend for any college student to take a look at the many apartments and homes for rent. I have rented from Chesney Properties for three years of college and will certainly be looking to rent for the fourth year. They are extremely helpful when needed and definitely take the stress off when worrying about a repair. I have recommended several friends to look into Chesney Properties over the past few years and will continue to throughout the future.
The rentals are up-to-date, clean, and in safe locations around campus.
